We’re Robin and Vinnie—a husband-and-wife team who believe selling your home should feel like working with good neighbors. After spending most of our careers in corporate America, we knew we wanted to build something more meaningful.
We wanted a business that connected us to our community, gave us the opportunity to grow together, and allowed us to include our kids in the journey. Our 9-year-old son is already pitching in—cleaning properties and mowing lawns. This business has become a way for us to stay close as a family while doing work that matters in the communities we serve.

When we bought our first home—and later, our first rental—we encountered dishonest people who left us feeling vulnerable and cost us thousands of dollars. It was discouraging and nearly derailed us. But instead of walking away, we used those experiences to shape how we do business today.
