We’re beyond excited to renovate a home right here in our very own neighborhood of Nottingham Country in Katy, Texas.

Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this charming 1980s home is full of personality and potential. Step inside and you’ll find a spacious kitchen with soaring natural oak vaulted ceilings, and warm oak cabinetry. Upstairs is a cozy second living area - the perfect flex space for movie nights, a playroom, or even a teen hangout spot.

And outside? There's a backyard pool with a deep end—which, according to our 9-year-old, is very important! Add in an oversized backyard (a rare find in this neighborhood) and you’ve got the perfect place to entertain your friends and family.

Transforming this beauty was such a pleasure.
