We’re beyond excited to be renovating our latest home—right here in our very own neighborhood of Nottingham Country in Katy, Texas.

Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this charming 1980s home is full of personality and potential. Step inside and you’ll find a spacious kitchen with soaring natural oak vaulted ceilings, and warm oak cabinetry. Upstairs is a cozy second living area - the perfect flex space for movie nights, a playroom, or even a teen hangout spot.

And outside? There's a backyard pool with a deep end—which, according to our 9-year-old, is very important! Add in an oversized backyard (a rare find in this neighborhood) and you’ve got the perfect place to entertain your friends and family.

We can’t wait to refresh this beautiful property and show you the transformation as it unfolds.
